Guilty as Charged!!!! Palins found to have abused her Authority!!!!

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27105917/?GT1-43001

Well folks... there you have it!!! If the charges fit you must not
aquit!!!!

You are lieing. Palin was neveer charged with anything. It was an
investigation.

Furthermore, this Trooper-gate nonsense has already been shown to be
nothing more than a partisan witch hunt.

A Republican-dominated committee appointed by a
Republican-dominated legislature to investigate a
Republican governor is "partisan"?

Your Proof of this charge is Nothing as usual......

Where's YOUR proof otherwise?

The investigation was authorized in late July.

http://www.ktva.com/ci_10026165?

Lawmakers will hire someone within a week to investigate whether Governor
Sarah Palin abused her power in firing Public Safety Commissioner Walt
Monegan. The legislative council approved 100,000 dollars for the
investigation that will find out whether Palin was angry at Monegan for
not
firing an Alaska State Trooper who went through a messy divorce with
Palin's
sister.

On Monday afternoon, the Joint Legislative Council, filled with
Republicans
and Democrats, voted 12 to 0 to formally call for an investigation against
Governor Palin in a manner-that they are stressing-will be unbiased and
done
in a timely fashion.
...

The JLC is overwhelming republicon:

The 14-member panel is made up of 10 Republicans and four Democrats. Two
of
the Republicans were absent for Friday's vote to release the report.

Palin was convicted of WHAT?

Changing the subject? You claimed without proof

Furthermore, this Trooper-gate nonsense has already been shown to be

STILL no answer.

Mitchell replied

to which you finally replied

Your Proof of this charge is Nothing as usual......

My post showed the investigation was not partisan.

Plus, tell me again she didn't have the right to fire the commissioner since
no one has said she didn't. Instead your entire point is what her motivation
was, as if you really know!

It was *how* she went about it. Big difference.

You believe that the government forces men to avoid using birth
control?

Your ignorance is showing. Hundreds of men have been proclaimed "father"
that are biologically unrelated to the children in question.
The link provided in the post you quote (which link you apparently
didn't read and cut from your reply) shows an example of a man who was
charged by the department of human services for paternity and even
though the final result was that DNA showed this guy to NOT be the
father along with the mother telling them all along that this was the
wrong man, they continued to demand payment of child support. The
"father" never even met the mother so tell me how a condom would have
protected this man. I'm all ears.

Not at all. Men have only one option in paternity and that is to engage
in sex. Women have several others including the one to engage or not
engage in sex. Childbirth is the option of women and ONLY women. Men can
be cooperative but cannot make any decisions.

There's got to be a reason that MENTAL is smack in the middle of
fundamentalist. Annoying extremist Christians remind America of just
how much our educational system sucks. CNN's Rick Sanchez reports
on a church marquee that reads “America we have a Muslim president.
This is a sin against the Lord.” Pastor Mark Holick of [Wichita], Kansas
tells those who explain slowly in small words that Obama is a Christian:

"That's not the point. The point is he's not a Christian.”

Of course, since Obama IS a Christian, and NOT a Muslim, that
makes Mark Holick a LIAR. And since the Bible frowns on lying, that
ALSO makes Mark Holick a HYPOCRITE.

Talk about how RRR Cultists just... don't... GET it!

(And, or course, even if Obama HAD been Muslim, it still would
have been no harm, no foul. Since Islam is EVERY BIT as respect-
able and legitimate a religion as Christianity, or any OTHER religion.)

They shouldn't be muzzled, as some liberals want to do by reviving the

the GOP base into frenzies -- over immigration, brain-damage victim
Terry Schiavo and same-sex marriage -- that have branded the party as

The result is that the demographic groups representing the future of
American politics shifted decisively to the Democratic Party in 2008

As former White House political guru Karl Rove observed last week,
"the GOP will find it hard to regain the majority" if it keeps losing
Latinos.

Immigration scarcely was an issue during the fall campaign.

But the damage was done over the past two years as the radio screamers

presidential candidates and even the Bush administration not just to
control the border but treat undocumented residents as felons.

First Steps to GOP Recovery

By Mort Kondracke

How can the Republican Party rebound?

The first step would be to quit letting Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity
and Laura Ingraham set its agenda.

A second step would be for Congressional Republicans to actually try
to help President-elect Barack Obama succeed in addressing the
country's dire problems -- offering better ideas where appropriate and
opposing just when necessary, not reflexively.

And the third -- maybe the biggest one -- would be for GOP governors
to use their posts to show the country how conservatives can solve
problems, especially the dismal state of American education and its
menacing cousin, lagging American competitiveness.
