No, actually he wasn't elected twice. He was "placed" in the hotseat

GIULIANI STILL FINDS HIMSELF CREDIBLE....
By any reasonable measure, Rudy Giuliani was one of the worst
presidential candidates in a generation.
Despite near-universal name recognition, early poll support, and media
buzz about being the "frontrunner" for a while, Giuliani lost every
contest in which he competed, usually by enormous margins.
He invested millions and ended up without a single delegate.
The former mayor, however, still considers himself a credible
political figure.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081116/ap_on_el_ge/giuliani
;_ylt=AmK6bVC...
Rudy Giuliani said Sunday he will consider running for governor of New
York and isn't ruling out a second attempt at the U.S. presidency.
A one-time presidential front-runner and former mayor of New York
City, Giuliani dropped out of the race for Republican nominee in
January after losing the primary in Florida, where he had poured the
bulk of his campaign resources.
"No one knows whether you'll do something again until you come to the
point of: 'Is it possible to do it again? Would you have a chance of
winning?'" he said of a second White House bid following a speech in
Dubai.
"I mean those are just things you can't evaluate right now." [...]
In response to a question, Giuliani did not rule out running for
governor of New York.
"I don't know if I'd be interested in it, but I'll think about it when
the right time comes along," Giuliani said.
I suspect Giuliani's confused.
Some people run for president, come up short, but nevertheless see
their stature rise.
For Giuliani, it was the opposite -- his fairly ridiculous campaign
diminished his reputation and turned him into something of a joke.
Indeed, Giuliani entered the 2008 presidential campaign with a 9/11
halo and widespread admiration, and quickly found he had nowhere to go
but down.
The more Americans saw of Giuliani, the less they liked him.
And now he's mulling over additional campaigns?
Good luck with that, Rudy.

Phony hero Ghouliani? New York governor? Hahahahahahahaha

The Republicans saw through Ghouliani when he ran in the presidential
primary. The true information of his lies regarding 9/11 had come to
light by then, as well as the other things he did to alieniate the
general populance. He should not be allowed to have any kind of a
governmental job as a result, including that of janitor.

Ghoulee now makes millions representing the worst kind of criminals.

The SAVVY CONSUMER -- No. 4
To RIDICULE "Nanny State" Mentality
"Trans Fats"
There's probably no doubt that trans fats are good things to
avoid -- BUT -- there's no call for a company's obnoxiously and
intrusively ORDERING its customers not to use them!
As we see on boxes of "Pasta-Roni" that say THIS:
"In a medium saucepan, bring water, milk, and
margarine, butter or spread with no trans fat
to a boil."
Whether or not we happen to CHOOSE to use trans fats is
absolutely NONE of their business.
So if you happen to think of it, why not let them KNOW that
in no uncertain terms: www.pastaroni.com. Suggest you be
firm but constructive about in, so they will feel more inclined to
change that wording. For example, there would be nothing
wrong with their saying THIS, instead.
"In a medium saucepan, bring water, milk, and
margarine, butter or spread to a boil. We suggest
you avoid using trans fats, in your choice of
spread."
ADVISING people is one thing, and ORDERING them around
is quite another. There's no call for a company doing the latter
to their customers.
