In case anyone is still humming "Kumbaya" after today's election,
realize that presidential candidate Barak Obama is afraid the United
States doesn't have enough military and police forces to protect
itself (mainly from you).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tt2yGzHfy7s

"We cannot continue to rely only on our military for national
security . . . We've got to have a civilian national security force
that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

A civilian "force" that's just as well-funded as the biggest, most
expensive military in the world? What the hell for? What is he
talking about??

The president only has the FBI, CIA, BATFE, DEA, the entire combined
armed forces of the United States, the state patrols, highway patrols,
county sheriffs, metropolitan police forces, and the entire federal
militia consisting of "all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age
and . . . under 45 years of age" AT HIS COMMAND.

What more could he need and why would he need it? Can you say
"Gestapo" boys and girls?

This is a part of a continuum, of course.

There IS great cause to celebrate the difference of Barak Obama but his
sameness... this is another thing altogether.

The bright side of this is Obama is more likely to hasten the demise
of the gang of lawyers, armed thugs, and con artists otherwise known
as the United States. And it is a bright day to look forward to!

The bailout is the largest, deemed legal, 'wealth distribution' program..
I don't know ...in history? Obama voted for this. Ok. So the image of
socialistic programs, the bailout being a 'socialistic program', being
put into place after he gets in is really a mute point. It's a done deed.

Oh, there is a lot more socialism left to be implemented under that
tip of the iceberg.

The real question is in what direction does this distribution flow or
rather to be clear, how it is perceived to flow. Bottom to top, as in
the case of the bailout, or top to bottom as in the case of what is
stereotyped as a 'socialistic program'.

Enter a reality:

DHL cutting thousands

About 7,000 local jobs are in direct peril after DHL said Monday it would
slash 9,500 jobs nationwide and shrink its U.S. package delivery volume
by nearly 92 percent....
http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20081111/BIZ01/811110312/1076/NEWS

Brown called on U.S. Labor Secretary Elaine Chao to award emergency funds
to the area, immediately.

OK now. This situation ripe for a 'socialistic program'. I doubt if
people there will protest all that much about getting GovMoney. What is
happening there is or will be happening in other parts of the country.
Where WILL this GovMoney come from? In this case obviously not from those
people in Ohio or other parts that might be going through the same thing.
