And Scott. If you watch the home games of the San Jose Sharks in the NHL semi-

final against the Edmonton Oilers. Look closely at the crowd because you'll
likely see Neil Young. He's a season ticket holder.

American homeownership is at an all time high:

Expanding Homeownership. The President believes that homeownership is
the cornerstone of America's vibrant communities and benefits
individual families by building stability and long-term financial
security. In June 2002, President Bush issued America's Homeownership
Challenge to the real estate and mortgage finance industries to
encourage them to join the effort to close the gap that exists between
the homeownership rates of minorities and non-minorities. The
President also announced the goal of increasing the number of minority
homeowners by at least 5.5 million families before the end of the
decade. Under his leadership, the overall U.S. homeownership rate in
the second quarter of 2004 was at an all time high of 69.2 percent.
Minority homeownership set a new record of 51 percent in the second
quarter, up 0.2 percentage point from the first quarter and up 2.1
percentage points from a year ago.

But nobody owns them because debt is at an all time high as well. While
there's a speculative real estate bubble which is expected to burst due to
prices rising artificially.

Only a retard takes the numbers at face value and doesn't read between the

businesses so incorporating a persons personal business will not help them
avoid the new 80% tax.

Do you have a citation for this extraordinary claim? I find it very unlikely

that a government is going to raise any tax anywhere near that much in one
fell swoop, particularly a Conservative government.

Hmm, maybe the question is WHICH Federal government is raising the capital
gains tax from 10% to 80%. This is crossposting to both US and Canadian
newsgroups.

Mind you, I don't see Bush raising the capital gains tax that much either.

The reason for a tax increase is because of your missing WMD and space
gravity theory. The trade gap with China is an impotant issue for Bush.
Americans being more productive is a good reason to not blow the Navy all to
hell. Once again the Not Sees of the Space Gravity theory do not work for
you because your crazy, and you are missing WMD too.

I think it will be a long time before rates are lowered again. They must be
the ones sending the price of oil so high. Now that rates are being raised
there will probably be gunbattles in the streets for drug turf. They are
going to lower interest rates again to help people make money in the stock
market who are not very good stock pickers. Sorry you are probably right
they do crazy things and will lower rates again and let 50 million illegals
into the country.
